Maintenance Release for HVR 3.71

HVR Software certifies new maintenance release for HVR version 3.7.1.
This release contains the following new features;- Support for Pluggable Authentication Modules
- Collision Handling for tables with long datatypes
- Dynamic Horizontal partitioning. Horizontal partitioning means a change is sent to a different target database depending on the value in a lookup table. The new dynamic horizontal partitioning feature means that changes to the lookup table (as well as changes to the base table) also trigger replicated changes.
- HVR Refresh improvements; Parallel refresh of many table simultaneously is improved. It is also now possible to 'mask' certain types of statements, i.e. to only refresh new and changed rows (inserts and updates) but not deletes.
