HVR Realtime Integration

HVR Realtime Data Integration is a robust and reliable database integration tool. Database changes are captured in one (or many) databases, streamed through the system and applied to database target(s). These databases can be the same DBMS or a different one. HVR can even replicate files. It has a proven track record in business situations where there is need for quick and reliable database integration.

Robust and Efficient

HVR’s performance and scalability allows it to replicate very large databases in real-time. And its elegant design and rich functionality means difficult schemes can be implemented with minimum effort. HVR Realtime Data Integration consists of the following components;

• Change Data Capture, either straight from the DBMS logging system or via database triggers which can contain embedded business logic.
• Multiple replication topologies are supported, including master/slave, master/master, one-to-many, many-to-many and cascade replication. If data changes con both sides then data collisions are automatically detected and resolved.
• Network streaming for data transporting. Parallelism, extreme compression, minimal disk hopping and reduced round-trips ensure that even the highest data loads can moved without network latency.
• Sub-second transactional replication, so that captured transactions are applied on the target database in real-time, with their commit boundaries intact. A real-time data-feed replaces a clumsy nightly data-load, which are difficulty to maintain and cause endless quality problems.
• Database transformation facilities, so that business logic can be injected inside the replication stream to perform data model mappings. These mappings can either be declarative (drag and drop) or entire blocks of SQL can be injected inside the HVR stream.
• An intuitive and easy to use Graphical User Interface.
