Many implementations of business-critical software require intensive, long-term support from the supplier. HVR Software is a rather unique exception to this rule. HVR can be set up almost entirely by users themselves, the need for consultancy is extremely limited.

Long-term Support

For an average implementation of HVR, no more than 10 to 15 days of support are required from HVR Software or our partners. This ensures that implementation costs remain limited and dependence on HVR Software is kept to a minimum. In addition, users can maintain HVR almost entirely independently, which means that ongoing consultancy – with the associated costs – is also unnecessary.

Even though there is no need for a great deal of consultancy, HVR Software nevertheless makes every effort, together with you, to ensure that an outstanding result is achieved. After all, for HVR Software and for you, it is only the end result that counts.
